Janet Wallace, Unit 230, has enjoyed living here since 2002 and has served on past boards. Four generations of her family have enjoyed her spacious townhome at various times. Janet Wallace, Unit 230, has enjoyed living here since 2002 and has served on past boards. Four generations of her family have enjoyed her spacious townhome at various times. She has worked in the hospitality field in hotel and retirement community management. Currently she is the staffing coordinator for Home Instead Senior Care, successfully matchmaking over 200 caregivers with clients in their homes. She enjoys traveling with her two daughters and three young adult grandchildren, playing bridge, theater, and her toy poodles. Her passion for the townhomes is to foster a sense of community and to help make decisions to improve property values by neighbors helping neighbors bring back the beauty, safety, security, and peacefulness of the townhomes community that attracted her here in the first place.
