Meadow Brook Townhome owners enjoy low quarterly HOA dues. Current 2026 dues are $200 per quarter. These quarterly dues cover a range of HOA-provided services, including:
The MBTH community has an Architectural Control Committee and all residences are required to adhere to a set of maintenance and design requirements to maintain uniformity, especially for roof tile colors, trim colors, and window shades. Each phase (ie homes in the 100's, 200's, 300's and 400's) may have slight variations on requirements (see Paint/Doors/Siding specs below). If you are planning to update your exterior, please check with one of the ACC members, and remember to fill out an ACC Change Request Form (below) to make sure your intended updates will be compliant.
All residences in our community have private garages and extra parking spaces on their property, so the Meadow Brook Townhomes community has a no street parking rule. Residents enjoy clear streets and closed cul-de-sacs for walking pets and for children to play in. In the event a resident must street park overnight, or has overnight guests, there are permits available HERE which must be displayed in the vehicle. Parking rules are strictly enforced.
Pets are welcome in our community, and there are several areas set aside for dog walking. Pet owners are required to keep dogs on leash, to pick up after them, and to keep their dogs off other homeowners' properties.
