The Meadowbrook Townhomes comprise a neighborhood in North Shelby County, Alabama, with 103 privately owned Georgian brick townhomes. Zoned for the highly ranked Shelby County Schools- Inverness Elementary, Oak Mountain Intermediate, Oak Mountain Middle School, and Oak Mountain High School- the neighborhood is situated in the middle of a thriving area with access to world-class healthcare access for humans and pets, wonderful shopping, and a multitude of restaurants and helpful neighbors.

Janet Wallace, Unit 230, has enjoyed living here since 2002 and has served on past boards. Four generations of her family have enjoyed her spacious townhome at various times. She has worked in the hospitality field in hotel and retirement community management. Currently she is the staffing coordinator for Home Instead Senior Care, succes
Janet Wallace, Unit 230, has enjoyed living here since 2002 and has served on past boards. Four generations of her family have enjoyed her spacious townhome at various times. She has worked in the hospitality field in hotel and retirement community management. Currently she is the staffing coordinator for Home Instead Senior Care, successfully matchmaking over 200 caregivers with clients in their homes. She enjoys traveling with her two daughters and three young adult grandchildren, playing bridge, theater, and her toy poodles. Her passion for the townhomes is to foster a sense of community and to help make decisions to improve property values by neighbors helping neighbors bring back the beauty, safety, security, and peace of the townhomes that attracted her here in the first place.
